We request a formal dress code for our wedding.

We ask that you arrive at 2:30pm to allow time to greet, have a drink, settle in and find a seat in the chapel as we plan for the ceremony to occur at 3:00pm sharp.

Parking is not available on-site. However there is a public carpark with approx. 100 car spots is located just 200 metres from the venue and there is street parking on the main road of the venue. If you are staying locally Ubers and Taxis are readily available due to the proximity to Broadbeach.

We are unfortunately unable to accommodate any additional guests other than those listed on your invite.

As much as we love your little ones, we kindly request an adults-only wedding with the exception of infants. If you need assistance with childcare arrangements, please don't hesitate to reach out we are happy to help.

It will be Spring on the Gold Coast, with very pleasant average temperatures of 13-22 °C. Both the ceremony and reception will be air-conditioned indoors out of the weather, but we plans to have cocktail hour on the lawn as the sun sets. In the unlikely event of rain this will be moved indoors and the venue will provide umbrellas for any guest needs.

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Please turn off phones and enjoy being fully present in this moment with us. For the rest of the day we welcome you to capture any memories that you like, and we would love to see what you capture. However we would love to be the first to announce our marriage and post pictures online of ourselves on this special day so ask that you refrain from posting any of the bride and groom until after we have.

Of course! Please let us know of any dietary requirements when you RSVP and the venue is happy to accommodate your needs.

Your presence with us on our special day is the best gift we could receive. However, should you wish to honour us with a gift, a small wishing well for cards or gifts will be available on the night.
